Marzullo Construction, Inc. is a family owned and locally operated business, led by John Marzullo, a veteran in the construction industry for over 30 years. We are licensed, bonded and insured general contractor serving the Santa Barbara County and surrounding areas. We specialize in custom builds, major and minor renovations, in-house custom fabricated cabinetry, tile installation and more.

JOHN MARZULLO | PRESIDENT
John started in the construction industry at the ripe age of 18. With the combination of motivation and hard work, by the time John was 25, he was named foreman on multiple jobs throughout Santa Barbara County. It was at this time in his life, he realized he could run his own construction company. In 1994 John launched ZulloCo Construction and began a successful self-venture for over 15 years. ZulloCo was focused in Santa Barbara and Montecito where he established many contacts that are still clients today. As his children grew up and began to show interest in his business ventures, John restructured ZulloCo and launched Marzullo Construction, Inc. alongside his children to form the family-ran business it is today. John also owns a local bar and grill and has been an avid supporter of the Lompoc community. He enjoys spending time with his grandchildren and growing his own fruits and veggies within his custom built greenhouse.
CHELSI BAIRD | VP OF OPERATIONS
As the daughter of a contractor, Chelsi has always taken interest in the construction trade. Chelsi began working for ZulloCo throughout her high school years. After graduation, Chelsi worked for a variety of contractors; Engineer and Structural Contractor, Architect Office, General Contractor, Real Estate Development Company and gained experience at Vandenberg Air Force Base. After several years of working for other contractors, Chelsi brought an array of outside experience when they decided to launch Marzullo Construction, Inc. Chelsi supervises all office operations. She enjoys being a Mother to her three young children, Noah, Presley & Rowan. She loves working alongside her family and watching the business continue to grow.

Vincent is our main contractor for key client projects.
TREVOR BAIRD | PROJECT MANAGER
Trevor is the Project Manager for all jobsites on behalf of MCI. He brings experience from many different construction backgrounds to ensure every job stays on schedule
KATY DRISCOLL | DAMAGE RESTORATION DIVISION
Katy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our damage restoration division. As a highly trained IIRC technician, she will be your first point of contact during an emergency damage situation.
